I visited the store on the final day of the exchange period to return two items. While I was in the process of arranging the exchange, my request was unexpectedly rejected, despite still being within the valid timeframe. During this process, a member of staff intervened and informed me that the exchange was not possible. Shortly afterwards, another team member approached and spoke to me in a manner I found disrespectful and unprofessional. The situation escalated further when a manager was called. Unfortunately, rather than resolving the issue, I felt that I was treated in a dismissive and humiliating way. I was particularly distressed by the way my physical discomfort, including leg pain, was handled, as I felt it was mocked rather than acknowledged with understanding. Even going further to laughing at my case. Overall, this was a deeply negative experience that fell well below the standard of customer service I would expect. As a result, I do not feel comfortable returning to this branch in the future. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and I would welcome a response outlining any actions taken to address the conduct described above.
